Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We have high-quality standards and try our best to make each of our customers happy with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in its original condition. Make sure to return the product unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached & in sellable condition within 21 days or purchase date and let us know in advance at email@example.com.
Once a return has been approved Alis Sportswear will refund* the value of the merchandise based on the original form and amount of payment or exchange for an item of equal value.
*excludes sale items.
Sale/Outlet items cannot be refunded.
Free gifts, promotional items, gift cards, downloadable PDF’s, and workout products are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued once the original item(s) from your purchase has been fully returned, with the order number attached, approved and processed by Alis Sportswear staff.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for ALL* shipping costs on returns back to Alis Sportswear.
*Alis Sportswear will cover the costs to mail back ONLY in case of defective product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a defective product so we can resolve the situation immediately.
Alis Sportswear reserves the right to reject any return and will determine action on a case by case scenario.
All sales are final on digital media, downloads, workouts, and workout products.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts with only be partially refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after purchase.
If a refund is issued, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to post to your account.
If your refund is late or missing please follow the steps provided below.
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
